This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee procurement activities to fulfill organizational requirements efficiently and economically.

• Build and nurture robust relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and prompt delivery.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to comprehend purchasing needs and specifications.

• Keep track of market trends and supplier performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement regulations.

• Source, negotiate, and acquire materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company standards.

• Assess supplier bids, proposals, and contracts to obtain the most favorable terms.

• Draft and issue purchase orders while monitoring order status to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain precise procurement records and reports for auditing and analytical purposes.

• Collaborate with finance and inventory teams to oversee budgets and stock levels.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

• Address issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing promptly.

• Remain updated on industry trends, new products, and market conditions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Buyer or in a comparable role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze data and make informed purchasing choices.

• Familiarity with procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards.

• Must be a resident of the United States.
