Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as an Oracle EBS Procure to Pay functional business analyst responsible for analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions using Oracle and related technologies.

• Offer recommendations that support global implementation and the long-term organizational strategy for enterprise applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.

• Assist Agency personnel with accounting tasks including recording obligations, validating vendor payments, preparing vendor invoices on federal forms, resolving unmatched disbursements, payment rejections, and interest penalties.

• Partner with the team lead to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent along with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.

• Proficient in maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, encompassing Procure to Pay (P2P), Budget to Report (B2R), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C).

• Familiar with DoD procurement, receiving, and invoicing policies and procedures.

• Experienced in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts.

• Capable of multitasking in an environment with changing priorities.

• Possess strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

• Skilled in crafting and presenting documents related to program solutions.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Eligibility to obtain an IT-II background investigation.

• Previous experience in implementing solutions for Federal Civilian Government and/or Department of War customers.

• Familiarity with PRDS, PDS, AXOL, DTS, DTM, and TDD integrations.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS is considered advantageous.

• Experience working in an Agile development and delivery environment.
