Procore Functional Trainer – Project Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and implement the Procore training strategy in alignment with project timelines.

• Conduct training needs assessments across various business functions.

• Create role-based learning pathways for end users, super users, managers, and support teams.

• Organize training schedules in collaboration with project managers and business stakeholders.

• Develop instructor-led training materials, participant guides, quick reference cards, job aids, simulations, videos, and e-learning modules.

• Create role-specific training exercises utilizing Procore project and field-management scenarios.

• Keep training documentation up to date as Procore and associated system functionalities evolve.

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on Procore training sessions.

• Lead workshops and system demonstrations.

• Assist with Train-the-Trainer programs.

• Mentor business super users and local champions.

• Track learner engagement and training completion rates.

• Evaluate learner proficiency through quizzes and practical exercises.

• Gather feedback to enhance training effectiveness continuously.

• Aid in user adoption initiatives during the go-live phase and hypercare period.

• Collaborate with Functional Leads across Procore modules and, as necessary, in SAP functional areas.

• Convert business processes into accessible learning content.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to grasp new functionalities.

• Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.

• Assist with communications concerning system changes.

• Reinforce new business processes and standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, Education, or a related discipline.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 20% to support business goals, team engagement, and operational alignment.

• Over 3 years of experience in Procore functional training, implementation, or administration.

• Experience in supporting at least one complete Procore rollout or enterprise system implementation.

• Strong comprehension of construction project delivery and ERP business processes.

• Proven experience in developing learning materials using Microsoft Office and digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe or similar).

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Extensive knowledge of Procore — including Project Management, Financial Management, and Field Productivity tools.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Experience working within an Agile implementation framework.

• Proven experience in training users on Procore.

• Procore Certification is highly desirable.

• Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS), SAP Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Master Data, SAP Fiori Launchpad, or SAP Analytics and reporting.

• Prosci Change Management certification or a similar credential is a plus.

• Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Signavio is an advantage.
