Process Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Process Solutions business team.

• Meet annual financial goals such as revenue, gross margin, orders, indirect costs, customer satisfaction index targets, and additional business objectives.

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of a business strategy.

• Direct engineers, project managers, and indirect resources, which include the Global Engineering Center, LCS capabilities, applications consultants, proposal engineers, and project administrative staff.

• Collaborate with Global Sales and Marketing teams, NA Lifecycle Services Commercial Teams, Regional Services & Solutions Directors, and other stakeholders.

• Leverage shared resources through the GEC to carry out tasks effectively.

• Assist in the creation of the strategic plan for the NA Process Business.

• Evaluate project performance across all process solutions.

• Work in tandem with commercial and sales teams.

• Recognize process delivery development needs and establish goals and direction, which include training plans, human resource assessments, and succession planning.

• Oversee all facets of process delivery team performance.

• Administer a business generating over $50 million in annual revenue.

• Manage budgets for the NA process delivery business.

• Predict costs, revenues, and profitability for NA Process Solutions.

• Report directly to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; the employer will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• A BS in an Engineering discipline is preferred.

• Additional education in business administration, operations, or project management is a plus.

• Over 8 years of experience in managing and delivering solutions in process industries, including Chemical, Consumer and Personal Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Mining, and Cement.

• More than 5 years of experience in project management, engineering management, business management, or management related to control, information, and automation systems.

• Demonstrated capability to create and execute a successful business growth strategy.

• Proven track record in managing human resources and effectively planning headcount.
