Business Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and execute strategies for business value creation and transformation through analysis that supports the Sales team's objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the analytics team to produce dashboards that fulfill end users' specifications.

• Design and develop user-friendly dashboards and data sources utilizing enterprise reporting systems.

• Ensure dashboard design aligns with business actions and desired outcomes.

• Evaluate complex data to determine feasibility and enhance dashboarding capabilities.

• Become a subject matter expert in Sales-related data and dashboards.

• Support business strategy, financial performance analysis, network capacity planning, and ongoing operations.

• Identify opportunities and offer actionable, practical recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in delivering high-quality dashboards, particularly within a Sales context.

• Expertise in Tableau development, encompassing data sources, dashboards, complex calculations, RLS, and visualizations.

• Advanced skills in SQL query writing, mainly using Oracle.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across functions and engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to drive results, manage multiple tasks, collaborate, prioritize, and resolve issues in a rapidly changing environment.
