Process Automation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyzing existing business and operational processes for potential automation opportunities.

• Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, scripts, APIs).

• Testing and integrating automation with existing systems.

• Maintaining and updating deployed automations, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.

• Documenting technical solutions, creating user manuals, and producing training materials.

• Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify needs and implement solutions.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of deployed automations, reporting results, and recommending improvements.

• Training employees on the use of implemented automation solutions.

• Continuously tracking trends and technological advancements in the field of process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (process automation, technology implementations).

• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and the ability to write automation scripts.

• Practical experience working with APIs, system integrations, and API testing tools.

• Experience with automation tools.

• Analytical thinking skills, ability to synthesize information, and recommend solutions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business and technology teams.

• Proficiency in English sufficient for technical communication.

• Preferred: knowledge of e-commerce platforms, experience in a startup environment, and familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
