This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure effective implementation, troubleshooting, and user training in robotic technology.

• Execute site deployment, setup, and calibration of robotic systems at construction locations.

• Conduct hands-on maintenance of robotic systems.

• Assist in pre-deployment tasks, which include logistics coordination, safety planning, and project tracking.

• Offer basic on-site technical assistance.

• Engage in and ultimately lead training sessions for contractors.

• Gather field data and feedback to drive process enhancements and product development.

• Work in conjunction with sales and account teams to facilitate customer interactions.

• Maintain precise records of deployments, issues, and their resolutions.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to company and site regulations.

• Cultivate technical and operational knowledge in robotics solutions through continuous learning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, robotics, or a related discipline AND 1–2 years of experience in construction, technology deployment, robotics, or a similar field; OR 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry with advanced hardware (total stations, robotics, drones, etc.), or in robotic training and deployments.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Capability to safely operate a non-commercial box truck for transporting equipment and materials.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15–20 days per month to customer sites.

• Ability to work site hours, which may include nights and weekends.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Dependable, accountable, and proactive in addressing problems.

• High levels of attention to detail and professionalism.

• Comfort with hands-on maintenance tasks.

• Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and developing technical and operational expertise in robotics solutions.
