This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Drive special-order sales units, revenue, and average selling price to enhance market share.
• Manage various business segments including Retail Pro Sales, Account Managers, Pro Account Expediters, BIM Architectural Lead, and Install Services.
• Travel more than 50% of the time for overnight pro events, in-person customer meetings, and jobsite visits.
• Strategically organize weekly schedules and document sales activities utilizing CRM and call reporting tools.
• Interpret blueprint takeoffs, develop and maintain quotes, and oversee orders from initiation to completion.
• Provide after-sale support and participate in weekly meetings with Retail Pro Sales Representatives, PAEs, and AMs.
• Comprehend Order Up, Quote Center, and Retail Core business operations.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• Stay updated on window products, industry developments, and technological advancements.
• Conduct product knowledge training, demonstrations, and comprehensive selling programs.
• Improve understanding of product materials, designs, energy efficiency, and installation techniques.
• Differentiate between IECC code and Energy Star standards.
• Resolve customer complaints, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
• Offer sales leadership insights regarding the competitive landscape, territory challenges, and sales potential.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated direct sales experience, ideally in the retail or building products sector.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating measurements.
• Familiarity with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
