Private Equity Associate – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a functional financial model for a designated real estate transaction using a synthetic deal document package.

• Produce an editable Excel workbook that includes live formulas, source citations, and specified assumptions.

• Conduct peer reviews of two anonymized models from fellow contractors based on established criteria.

• Offer a concise written justification for each peer review and finalize the review scorecard.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of overall experience: roughly 2 years in investment banking (Real Estate or Industrials) followed by 1–2 years in private equity.

• Currently or recently employed as an Associate at a real estate-oriented mid-market or upper-mid-market private equity firm.

• Capable of constructing a financial model from source documents without relying on a template.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong skills in Excel and financial modeling.

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not accepted.
