Private Equity Associate – Infrastructure, US/UK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop a functional financial model for a designated infrastructure transaction using a synthetic deal document package.

• Produce an editable Excel workbook that includes dynamic formulas, source citations, and clearly stated assumptions.

• Conduct peer reviews of two anonymized models created by other contractors against a predetermined set of criteria.

• Provide a brief written explanation for each peer review and complete a corresponding review scorecard.

• Allocate approximately 20–25 hours of work over a period of 1.5 to 2 weeks.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of overall experience.

• Around 2 years of experience in investment banking within infrastructure, power & utilities, or real estate / TMT M&A.

• Followed by 1–2 years in private equity focused on infrastructure.

• Currently or recently held the position of Associate at an infrastructure-oriented PE fund, or within the infrastructure division of a multi-strategy manager.

• Familiarity with digital infrastructure, such as data centers, fiber optics, or telecommunications towers.

• Proficient in building a financial model from original documents without relying on a template.

• Fluent in English.

• Must be capable of working as an independent contractor.
