This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop a functional financial model for a designated consumer/leisure transaction utilizing a synthetic deal document package.

• Provide an editable Excel workbook that includes live formulas, source citations, and clearly stated assumptions.

• Conduct peer reviews on two anonymized models created by other contractors, adhering to a specific set of criteria.

• Write a concise rationale for each peer review and complete a corresponding review scorecard.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of overall experience.

• Approximately 2 years of investment banking experience in Consumer/Retail or generalist M&A, preferably in Paris, London, or other European locations.

• 1–2 years of experience in mid-market or large-cap private equity.

• Currently or recently serving as an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap private equity fund with a focus on consumer/leisure/multi-site services.

• Familiarity with fitness clubs, including owned vs. franchise models or multi-site roll-ups.

• Preference for candidates with Paris office or French deal experience.

• Capability to construct a financial model from source documents without relying on templates.

• Proficiency in English.

• Availability for approximately 20–25 hours over a span of 1.5–2 weeks.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
