Private Client Associate – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary contact for Wirex Private clients, delivering tailored, high-touch service.

• Address client inquiries related to cards, payments, transfers, account features, limits, crypto, and various Wirex offerings.

• Manage client issues from the initial reach out until resolution.

• Communicate effectively, confidently, and professionally, particularly in urgent or sensitive situations.

• Foster relationships with clients to comprehend their unique needs, expectations, and preferences.

• Oversee complex or high-value cases and ensure proper follow-up.

• Escalate issues as needed while retaining overall responsibility for the client experience.

• Recognize recurring client challenges and relay them internally to enhance Private processes.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Private clients, their businesses, financial behaviors, and their use of Wirex products.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide outstanding, personalized service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a comparable client-facing role.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A true client-first approach.

• Capacity to take ownership and follow up on client requests, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when interacting with demanding or high-value clients.

• Capability to collaborate across multiple teams and navigate internal processes effectively.

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.

• Proficient spoken and written English.

• Experience with VIP, premium, or high-value clients is a significant advantage.

• Background in fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or financial services is a considerable plus.

• Eagerness to quickly learn about fintech, payments, and crypto products is a strong asset.

• Full-time availability for Sunday to Thursday, 8 hours plus a 1-hour lunch break, based on location.
