This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and guide the strategic technology framework for the Chief Compliance and Legal departments.
• Set technical standards for systems like OneTrust.
• Integrate privacy and legal systems with Information Security and IT infrastructure.
• Assess, implement, and manage the Legal technology stack, including eDiscovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Matter Management.
• Design solutions to eliminate operational bottlenecks for attorneys and internal stakeholders.
• Discover and implement AI and automation opportunities within compliance workflows.
• Create automated logic and responses to minimize manual tasks and provide measurable ROI.
• Assess, choose, and oversee third-party privacy/GRC and Legal Operations software vendors.
• Manage the financial budget and P&L for technology investments.
• Lead enterprise contract negotiations and maintain a strategic roadmap for system enhancements.
• Develop, configure, and sustain the technical infrastructure for Privacy Incident Management.
• Equip incident response and AI & Data Enablement teams to intake, triage, and enforce allowlists.
• Bachelor's Degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Legal Operations, Privacy Engineering, or Information Security.
• Strong grasp of LLMs, OneTrust, and the generation of requirements for DSPM/DLP tools.
• Extensive knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and emerging frameworks such as NIST and the EU AI Act.
• Proficiency in assessing and implementing Legal Operations technologies like CLM and eDiscovery.
• More than 12 years of experience as a functional lead in GRC, Legal Tech, or Privacy architecture is preferred.
• CIPP/E, CIPT, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
