This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the portfolio strategy and implementation for HubSpot’s hybrid monetization platform, encompassing contracts, usage metering, billing, invoicing, and associated systems.
• Collaborate with Fintech Engineering leadership to establish priorities, align technical roadmaps with pricing strategies, and drive execution across Metronome, UBB metering, and billing infrastructure.
• Ensure that pricing initiatives comply with SOX controls, are audit-ready, and meet revenue-recognition standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for AI and agent monetization, seat packaging, usage-based billing, and credit infrastructure.
• Maintain visibility of the portfolio, identify risks and dependencies, and provide updates that are ready for executive review.
• Connect Pricing Strategy and Engineering to guarantee that pricing choices are technically viable, scalable, and operationally sustainable.
• Convert engineering limitations into strategic insights that enhance pricing governance and decrease technical or compliance debt.
• Establish governance processes and enablement to boost proposal quality, decision-making speed, and operational efficiency.
• Balance business goals with transparent, customer-focused product experiences.
• Influence executive discussions through the Pricing Governance Board by offering recommendations, trade-offs, and guidance for implementation.
• Utilize AI and automation to optimize governance workflows.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders and mentor Technical Program Managers.
• Extensive experience leading intricate, enterprise-level technical programs with a multi-year scope and widespread company impact.
• Profound knowledge of SaaS pricing, billing, and monetization systems, including usage-based billing, subscription models, credit systems, invoicing, and hybrid pricing approaches.
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional governance and operational models that balance execution speed with operational thoroughness and compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior executives and operate autonomously with VP- and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of highly interdependent technical programs across various organizations.
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to partner with Engineering leadership to influence architectural decisions.
• Capability to align Product, Pricing, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams around shared objectives without direct authority.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and organizational leadership abilities.
• Dedication to mentoring and coaching others through development opportunities.
