This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee and direct large-scale technical initiatives, setting objectives, timelines, and resource distribution across various teams and interdependencies.
• Facilitate comprehensive technology solutions in collaboration with engineering teams by converting requirements into scalable, high-availability system architectures.
• Assess risks and formulate mitigation strategies while managing budgets and prioritizing high-impact projects.
• Develop and enhance workflows, processes, and automation methods to improve program delivery and achieve operational excellence.
• Report on progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prompt resolution of issues.
• Guide team members in program management and best practices for technical execution.
• Contribute to Global Governance Technology solutions in areas such as governance, risk management, security, compliance, privacy, investigations, and legal matters.
• Option 1: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, coupled with 6 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a similar domain.
• Option 2: 8 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in program and project management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across complex initiatives involving multiple teams.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical program planning, establishing goals, critical paths, and delivery milestones while managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and alignment to foster consensus and clarify ambiguities.
• Profound knowledge of software and system design, cloud infrastructure, and principles of technical architecture.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, continuous improvement strategies, and utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams and implementing frameworks for operational excellence.
