This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the long-term vision and strategic direction for Arc's Content Platform.
• Spearhead the advancement of AI-driven content capabilities throughout the content lifecycle.
• Propel the development of content architecture, APIs, and platform functionalities for both human creators and AI-enhanced systems.
• Create and sustain a strategic product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to outline requirements, assess technical solutions, prioritize investments, and iteratively deliver platform functionalities.
• Ensure alignment of product direction across various Content Platform, Cloud Infrastructure, and Developer Experience teams.
• Advocate for AI-first methodologies in product discovery, planning, research, analysis, and prototyping.
• Represent Arc XP in engagements with customers, industry partners, and standards organizations.
• Establish feedback mechanisms with customers, developers, internal stakeholders, and go-to-market teams.
• Set success metrics, track platform performance, identify strategic risks, and communicate progress and investment priorities to executive leadership.
• Mentor fellow product managers and influence the overall product organization.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 5 years focused on content platforms, headless CMS, or digital experience platforms.
• Proven track record in defining and delivering AI-driven product capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of headless/decoupled content architectures, content modeling, and API-first platform design.
• Experience in establishing product strategy at a principal or staff level, along with mentoring other product managers.
• Familiarity with functioning within an empowered product team framework.
• Daily, practical experience using AI-driven tools such as LLMs, coding assistants, and research agents.
• Preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong grasp of structured content, headless delivery, COPE, and content-as-a-service.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts as they relate to content.
• Demonstrated ability to convert technical visions into prioritized roadmaps.
• History of operating as a fractional product manager across multiple empowered teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Foundation in lean product development principles.
• Experience within news, media, or publishing platforms.
• Background in PaaS product development.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks, AI agent architectures, or content-aware AI pipelines.
• Portfolio or examples showcasing AI-accelerated product management contributions.
• Experience leading B2B and B2B2C platform products.
• Knowledge of cloud-native, serverless, or microservice architectures on AWS.
• Experience representing a company in industry standards organizations or working groups.
• Experience in delivering subscription or paywall products.
• Background in advertising technology, encompassing programmatic, header bidding, ad operations, or ad-serving integrations.
