📋 Description

• Take ownership of hands-on technical proofs of value (POVs), architectural demonstrations, and pilot assessments for enterprise prospects and clients to confirm capabilities and expedite deal finalization.

• Create, implement, and sustain robust physical and virtual networking lab topologies.

• Act as the main technical troubleshooting liaison and escalation channel between field teams and core engineering.

• Produce production-ready technical documentation, including detailed deployment runbooks, reference architectures, and competitive testing plans.

• Conduct impactful field enablement sessions, hands-on training workshops, and webinars for sales engineers, professional services, and partner architects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and proactive exploration of AI tools, with a verified track record of integrating new technologies to improve daily workflows and enhance problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven history of leading hands-on customer Proof of Value (POV) pilots and high-level architectural evaluations.

• Over 10 years of practical experience in technical marketing, product management, or solutions architecture.

• Extensive expertise in constructing and maintaining multi-vendor physical and virtual network lab environments.

• Advanced skills in packet analysis and troubleshooting using Wireshark, tcpdump, and traffic generation tools to identify routing anomalies, latency/jitter issues, MTU challenges, and NAT/firewall traversal problems.

• Practical experience with cloud networking frameworks, such as AWS Transit Gateways/VPCs, GCP Cloud Routers, or Azure Virtual WAN.

• Prior exposure to network observability and monitoring solutions.
