• Set metrics and reporting standards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

• Enhance hiring velocity and quality across technical positions.

• Implement scalable recruiting workflows to minimize bottlenecks and improve predictability.

• Strengthen the employer brand and develop outbound sourcing strategies.

• Operate a high-performance technical recruiting function across engineering, data, product, and analytics teams.

• Create scalable sourcing pipelines for key roles and locations.

• Achieve measurable enhancements in hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.

• Adhere to all security policies and procedures to safeguard PHI and Arcadia intellectual property.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in technical recruiting.

• Demonstrated ability to scale recruiting processes effectively.

• Strong sourcing expertise for technical talent.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders.

• A data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.

• Experience in scaling recruiting within high-growth SaaS or data-centric organizations.

• Background in hiring for AI/ML, data platforms, or distributed systems roles.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools and AI-assisted platforms.

• Experience in employer branding or talent marketing.
