This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in executing contingent labor strategies by utilizing project management methodologies, CORE, and the gated review framework.
• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, statements of work, and budgets for effective project execution.
• Aid in the rollout of the Contingent Labor Request System (CLRS).
• Oversee commodity/account management and sourcing strategies.
• Execute supply chain strategies and supplier selection processes that align with total cost of ownership, pricing, quality, timing, and reliability benchmarks.
• Articulate and communicate sourcing strategies, best practices, and acceptable service standards.
• Formulate strategic plans for commodities or key suppliers.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with one or more strategic accounts across various commodities.
• Support and direct supplier negotiations, encompassing team assembly, goal setting, strategy formulation, execution, approvals, and final agreements.
• Carry out responsibilities that advance departmental objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Implement RTX strategic sourcing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, GRME, and the Contingent Labor Sourcing Tool (Fieldglass).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline and at least 3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with the strategic sourcing process.
• Proven experience in implementation, negotiations, collaboration with internal leadership, and project execution.
• Background in contract management and negotiations.
• Experience in developing and managing supplier relationships.
• Proficient in spend data analytics.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Security clearance is not a requirement.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
• Preferred experience in contingent labor and professional services commodities.
• Strong communication skills are preferred.
• Preferred strong collaboration and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and resolve problems is preferred.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is preferred.
