Principal Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete solution design process, performance evaluation, and system optimization for key sectors on EnCharge platforms.

• Engage technically with customers and software partners from Proof of Concept (PoC) to deployment, enhancing application performance, reducing latency, and improving power efficiency.

• Assist in technical pre-sales activities by clearly conveying solution value propositions, architectural distinctions, and performance metrics.

• Create reference applications, demonstrations, customer evaluation platforms, and enabling materials such as user guides, tutorials, and case studies.

• Identify and onboard key strategic partners, aligning value chains to collaboratively develop AI solutions that broaden market presence and expedite time-to-market.

• Collaborate with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) on comprehensive system designs and work alongside Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to provide documentation and reference designs.

• Act as the customer advocate, shaping the product roadmap, influencing software features, and enhancing the developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in solutions engineering and partner enablement within the semiconductor or AI sectors.

• Demonstrated success in launching complex hardware products and fostering adoption through software and comprehensive solution integration.

• Experience in developing AI solutions for edge, datacenter, or embedded applications.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Profound understanding of AI workloads and optimization, System on Chip (SoC) architectures, software stacks, and system integration.

• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks, AI inference optimization, and model deployment.

• Background in system and application software development as well as AI pipeline frameworks.

• Familiarity with embedded Linux systems and AI accelerators is preferred.
