Principal Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic customer interactions from initial discovery to implementation, adoption, and realization of value.

• Design comprehensive BigPanda solutions that encompass workflows, integrations, data architecture, and production launches.

• Collaborate with senior customer stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps and prioritize operational transformations.

• Act as a senior escalation resource for intricate architectural choices, implementation challenges, and customer requirements.

• Develop reusable playbooks, best practices, and architectural frameworks while mentoring fellow Solutions Architects.

• Manage multiple customer implementations from initiation to go-live, ensuring alignment with business value and technical specifications.

• Serve as a trusted senior advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing operating-model decisions and garnering support for changes.

• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and R&D teams.

• Contribute to BigPanda's framework for best practices and assist in the ongoing enhancement of the delivery methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services.

• Extensive understanding of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms.

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations involving various stakeholder groups.

• Capability to influence senior customer stakeholders and relate technical decisions to business results.

• Proficient in architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation across diverse platform environments.

• Comfortable with writing Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.

• Excellent consultative communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in enhancing team practices through mentoring, reusable resources, or process development.

• Detail-oriented and dynamic, with a proactive "get it done" approach.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for essential project milestones.
