📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from role intake to closure for intricate, senior-level roles within the Core portfolio.

• Develop candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and competitive analysis.

• Ensure a robust pipeline depth and quality to sustain hiring momentum.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to convert hiring requirements into effective search strategies.

• Provide a compelling experience for candidates and interviewers alike.

• Enhance data accuracy and utilize pipeline analytics to pinpoint bottlenecks and improve hiring results.

• Create and execute recruiting processes and pilot initiatives to amplify team effectiveness across international markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience within a technology firm or a similarly dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Proven track record of successfully closing senior and challenging-to-attract candidates.

• Experience in developing and scaling recruiting processes in global markets.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to interviewing and closing.

• A data-driven mindset towards pipeline management.

• Capability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic insights for stakeholders.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.
