This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take charge of the enterprise transformation roadmap by translating conflicting and vague leadership priorities into actionable 30-, 60-, and 100-day plans, complete with assigned owners, milestones, dependencies, and clear trade-offs.
• Implement governance that addresses defined business challenges, incorporates measured baselines, assigns accountable owners, outlines necessary decisions, establishes risk escalation paths, and ensures transitions into normal business operations.
• Articulate business value and track delivery against metrics such as cost savings, safeguarded revenue, increased capacity, delivery speed, service quality, adoption rates, and risk mitigation.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects and recovery strategies for programs that are stalled, at risk, or failing to achieve desired outcomes.
• Prepare options, trade-offs, and recommendations for executive stakeholders and facilitate working sessions that convert decisions into actionable commitments.
• Direct the modernization of operating models, workflows, and tools across various regions, including communication and enablement efforts.
• Assist with integrations and organizational change during Day 1/30/100, encompassing governance, process alignment, standard operating procedures, reporting, and handover activities.
• Promote the usage of internal AI governance tools and assess metrics such as usage, compliance, time savings, exception rates, and feedback from practitioners.
• Extensive experience in leading enterprise transformation, strategic operations, or change management initiatives within a large, multi-regional organization.
• Proven success in converting ambiguous executive priorities into structured delivery plans that yield measurable business results.
• Demonstrated ability to establish governance for cross-functional portfolios and successfully transition initiatives into stable operational states.
• Experience in supporting post-merger integration or comparable organizational changes during Day 1/30/100.
• Strong background in business strategy, process enhancement, and stakeholder alignment at the executive level.
• Familiarity with AI-driven operational methods and their governance is a plus.
