Principal Program Manager, Auto & Industrial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate, cross-departmental operational initiatives from inception through execution and delivery.

• Partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement enhancements in operations and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate program success and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Formulate comprehensive project plans, manage financial resources, mitigate potential risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a crucial liaison among stakeholders to guarantee alignment on objectives and deliverables.

• Analyze data to guide decision-making and discover opportunities for automation and process enhancement.

• Advocate for lean methodologies and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven capability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Documented experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the Automotive Industry or a background in Industrial sectors is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
