Principal Program Manager, Auto & Industrial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct complex, cross-departmental operational programs from inception through execution and completion.

• Work in partnership with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to assess program effectiveness and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a crucial link between stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Analyze data to guide decision-making and uncover possibilities for automation and process improvements.

• Advocate for lean methodologies and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven ability to lead extensive projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the Automotive Industry or a background in industrial sectors is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in project management software like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
