Principal Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Communicate the product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team

• Establish user stories and prioritize the product backlog

• Offer strategic advice and guidance to functional teams

• Enhance the product value generated by the Agile team

• Coordinate with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the product is developed in the correct sequence, within budget, and by the deadline

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Agile team regarding information, work prioritization, and decision-making

• Collaborate with senior executives to formulate and implement segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies

• Provide counsel to areas, programs, or functions and present recommendations to senior executives

• Function as an advanced subject matter expert across various knowledge and functional domains

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree; in certain cases, a Master’s or Doctorate’s degree

• Over 10 years of technical experience, or equivalent

• 2 to 5 years of leadership experience in projects or teams

• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed

• Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is recommended
