This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee the product strategy and execution for DaVita’s People Services Systems.
• Determine the appropriate problems to address through thorough discovery and research.
• Implement straightforward, high-impact enhancements for team members and leaders.
• Establish product vision and strategy that align with business objectives and measurable OKRs.
• Develop and sustain a prioritized product roadmap.
• Define success metrics and measurement strategies; modify priorities based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with Research/Design and People Services to comprehend user requirements, challenges, and root issues.
• Conduct structured working sessions and design workshops.
• Cultivate relationships within People Services and with adjacent partners, including IT/Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Change/Comms.
• Offer industry best practices, product insights, and user empathy.
• Align stakeholders, clarify outcomes, and drive decision-making processes.
• Convert validated issues into product specifications, sequencing, and delivery plans in collaboration with engineering, IT, external suppliers, and delivery leaders.
• Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs.
• Lead readiness for launches, enablement, training/job aids, feedback loops, and post-launch evaluation.
• Oversee quarterly planning, roadmap assessments, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage discussions around investments and value for the product area.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or a closely related leadership role in product.
• Significant background in leading discovery processes and delivering impactful product results.
• Proven track record of collaboration with business leaders and technical teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in problem framing, prioritization, stakeholder management, and effective communication.
• Experience in facilitating working sessions and design workshops with defined outputs and decisions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms and ecosystems, such as Workday and People Services workflows.
• Preferred: Experience in complex, regulated environments where privacy, risk, and controls are critical.
