Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Expand and maintain Zscaler's primary business revenues within the AMS region, with a specific focus on AI-Powered Data Security product lines.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Data Security product suite tailored to the AMS customer base.

• Support Data Security initiatives by showcasing technical excellence and business value.

• Collaborate with Product Management leadership to convert field insights into product strategy and development roadmap.

• Conduct competitive analysis, manage win/loss reviews, track customer commitments, plan pricing, and analyze pipeline and churn across the DLP, DSPM, and AI portfolio.

• Equip and inform the wider Zscaler field team to effectively position and sell Data Security solutions.

• Collaborate with support leadership to assist major clients during escalations and Zscaler service implementations.

• Deliver data-driven reports on deal status, pipeline health, business performance, and key risks to Sales and Product leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A foundational grasp of AI/ML technologies along with experience utilizing AI solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.

• Demonstrated professional experience in a technical, client-facing position such as Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or Product Manager.

• Extensive knowledge of Data Security technologies including Cloud DLP, Inline DLP, CASB, Email/Endpoint DLP, DSPM, AISPM, SSPM, and securing AI agents.

• Strong understanding of SWG, ZTNA, proxies, firewalls, VPN, Secure Browser, and authentication/identity protocols like SAML and SCIM.

• Subject matter expertise in infrastructure deployment on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proficiency in using modern project management tools to monitor engagement and activities.

• Preferred: In-depth technical knowledge of Generative AI infrastructure and cloud security platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in designing, scaling, or securing AI-driven data detection, automated policy creation, and addressing architectural data security risks.

• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of TCP, UDP, HTTP/S, DNS, SSL/TLS, and contemporary network traffic architectures.

• Preferred: Outstanding communication abilities and strategic insights related to enterprise digital transformation, automation, and emerging data integration patterns.
