This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and direct the strategy for integrating email data planes.

• Act as a subject matter expert in email, cross-channel, and partner integrations.

• Address and resolve intricate product issues.

• Evaluate the total opportunity size, business impact, and ROI of product enhancements utilizing financial and engineering insights.

• Create and steer the multi-year product roadmap from initial concept through to launch and ongoing development.

• Compile recommendations on priorities based on opportunities and timing.

• Collaborate with go-to-market stakeholders to achieve measurable commitments.

• Oversee product requirements, program milestones, and launch planning.

• Facilitate the transition of customers from outdated products and APIs to updated versions.

• Record ideas and research for team evaluation and iteration.

• Work together with adjacent product managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including more than 5 years in the email sector.

• Demonstrated success in achieving outcomes and influencing the strategy for communication products.

• Capability to work backward from customer needs and convert challenges into significant product decisions.

• Comprehensive understanding of B2B and large enterprises, including sales cycles and organizational dynamics.

• Strong familiarity with Amazon Web Services Cloud services.

• Experience with APIs or platform products, focusing on reliability, scalability, and developer usability.

• Proficient in building cross-functional relationships within remote, global teams.

• Ability to mentor, motivate, and establish a vision for high-impact initiatives.
