Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and operational framework for enterprise healthcare RCM platforms.

• Establish and expand the AI product vision throughout the RCM lifecycle, pinpointing automation, predictive, and intelligent decision-making opportunities.

• Conduct discovery processes to identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact opportunities by leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and AI-driven signals.

• Convert AI/ML capabilities into scalable, customer-focused product solutions.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Data Platform teams to create, deploy, and operationalize AI/ML models in a production environment.

• Manage the entire AI product lifecycle, from hypothesis and experimentation to evaluation, workflow integration, production readiness, rollout, monitoring, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices, including data governance, HIPAA compliance, explainability, and bias mitigation.

• Develop compelling business cases and effectively communicate value, ROI, and trade-offs.

• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver AI-powered solutions from initial concept to large-scale implementation.

• Establish success metrics, such as cash acceleration, denial reduction, precision/recall, and adoption metrics.

• Lead product strategy discussions with clients and executives.

• Shape product and organizational direction through AI thought leadership, market insights, technical fluency, and healthcare expertise.

• Mentor Product Managers and enhance AI product management practices and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Extensive healthcare experience, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management or Revenue Integrity domains is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in transforming AI/ML, generative AI, agentic, or AI platform capabilities from experimentation to production deployment and scaled adoption.

• Strong working knowledge of large language models, agent architectures and tools, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt and context design, predictive modeling, evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop systems, and production monitoring.

• Capability to partner effectively with Engineering and application teams.

• Established ability to define and implement AI-first product and platform strategies linked to measurable business results.

• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions, capable of translating intricate AI concepts into clear business benefits.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to interpret data trends and model outputs.

• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without formal authority.

• Familiarity with Agile environments and managing multiple delivery teams.

• Ability to excel in ambiguous and fast-paced, innovation-driven settings.
