• Take ownership of the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the portfolio encompassing physical, digital, and blended learning experiences.

• Guide product investments and prioritization decisions across a varied product landscape.

• Discover opportunities to innovate, scale, simplify, or phase out products.

• Propel measurable enhancements in customer, learner, and commercial outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Learning, and Design teams to launch innovative ideas into the market.

• Leverage insights, data, and evidence to guide product decisions and overall portfolio direction.

• Mentor and develop Product Managers while playing a key role in product leadership throughout the organization.

• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to shaping the broader business product strategy.

• Investigate how emerging technologies, such as AI, can improve product experiences and add business value.

• Set standards, frameworks, governance, and operational rhythms that empower high-performing product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven product leader or product advocate with experience in shaping product strategy, influencing investment outcomes, and leading teams, portfolios, or product functions within complex organizations.

• Background in managing intricate product portfolios or multiple interrelated products.

• Demonstrated success in creating and executing product strategies that align with measurable business outcomes.

• Strong commercial insight and experience in making investment and prioritization decisions.

• Experience in managing and developing high-performing product teams.

• Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders across multifaceted organizations.

• Robust technology fluency and comprehension of contemporary product development methodologies.

• Capability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution.

• Evidence-based approach to decision-making.

• Experience in SaaS, HR Technology, Learning Technology, Professional Services, Digital Products, or Product Transformation environments is particularly advantageous, though not mandatory.
