This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Articulate and convey the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a range of products and data-driven capabilities.
• Oversee prioritization and investment decisions at the portfolio level.
• Collaborate with leadership from Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Manage market sizing, segmentation, and evaluate opportunities.
• Take ownership of portfolio outcomes, including user adoption, retention, expansion, revenue growth, and monetized product performance.
• Develop and refine monetization strategies, which encompass packaging, pricing inputs, usage-based models, premium analytics, and data-driven offerings.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers.
• Enhance product operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, discovery practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent product strategy and performance to executive stakeholders through business cases, portfolio updates, and data-driven recommendations.
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, analytics, economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management.
• Significant experience in a software environment.
• Proven track record of expanding scope and ownership.
• Experience in leading product strategy across intricate product areas or portfolios.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, or leading product managers.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling product management practices.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, discovery, and agile delivery.
• Proficient in analyzing product, customer, and business data.
• Experience in shaping monetization strategies through pricing, packaging, premium feature design, usage-based models, or data product development.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong customer empathy and the capability to translate complex business problems into scalable SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with product analytics, KPI development, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experimentation, and performance management.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as adoption, churn, retention, expansion, annual recurring revenue, lifetime value, and net revenue retention.
• Experience in leading product launches, pricing strategies, value proposition development, cross-functional enablement, and AI market activation.
