Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead a key product at Findem, encompassing the establishment of a long-term strategy and justifying the need for additional investment.

• Take ownership of the company’s market segment thesis, which includes identifying the target buyer, customer personas, and their critical needs.

• Utilize first-principles and innovative thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to draw insights.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to concentrate efforts on impactful innovations.

• Manage prioritization, resolve significant challenges, and achieve product milestones.

• Engage cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.

• Define strategy and KPIs, guide product decisions, and deliver outcomes with substantial impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a product manager, preferably within startup environments.

• Proven track record in developing products that automate or enhance workflows utilizing Agentic and Conversational AI.

• Experience in creating products from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 10.

• Familiarity with B2B PLG products and B2B SaaS, particularly for complex multi-step workflows.

• Capability to drive immediate execution while progressing towards and evaluating a long-term vision.

• Previous experience in streamlining or automating manual workflows.

• Background in recruiting or HR software development.

• Experience working with advanced AI/ML technologies.
