Lead Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated pipelines that integrate web, advertising, SEO, lead, and CRM data into BigQuery.

• Design dimensional models, implement dbt transformations, and conduct data quality tests for swift and precise querying.

• Oversee pipeline orchestration, manage third-party API integrations, perform backfills, and set up system freshness alerts.

• Address cross-product entity resolution by linking advertiser, publisher, and community data.

• Create Looker Studio dashboards and establish standardized KPI definitions across the company.

• Evaluate product performance, user retention, and identify user drop-off points.

• Provide clear strategic recommendations to product teams, operations, and executive leadership.

• Manage the entire data value chain, from raw product signals to in-depth business analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering with comprehensive ownership.

• Extensive knowledge of dimensional design, grain discipline, and query optimization.

• Practical experience with BigQuery or Snowflake/Redshift.

• Familiarity with dbt, Python, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.

• Proficient in GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Looker Studio.

• Capability to convert complex analyses into straightforward recommendations for senior leadership.

• Experience integrating CRM data with marketing and product metrics at scale.

• Preferred experience with reverse ETL, attribution modeling, or deploying semantic layers as a differentiator.

• A background in digital advertising, media, agencies, or local marketing is considered a differentiator.

• Regular use of AI tools to enhance data modeling, documentation, and analysis.
