This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the future of Home, which may include Now Playing, Browse, and other platforms.
• Develop the strategy for enhancing Home's personalization while deciding when to maintain or phase out the current recommendation system.
• Spearhead the ideation, development, and launch of agentic experiences that facilitate proactive, intent-aware actions.
• Convert advanced model and agent capabilities into user-friendly experiences for a diverse global audience.
• Make informed product decisions, prioritize investments, and discontinue initiatives that no longer align with the overall strategy.
• Establish quality and craftsmanship standards for daily user interactions.
• Create evaluation frameworks, measurement tools, and assessment criteria for agentic experiences across various user groups.
• Utilize prototypes, quantitative data, experiments, and user feedback to steer learning processes and prioritization efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, design, research, and data science teams to deliver impactful enhancements.
• Engage senior stakeholders and synchronize multiple teams and platforms around a unified vision.
• Maintain a balance between rapid iteration and the preservation of user trust, safety, and brand integrity at scale.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, predominantly in AI and consumer-oriented roles.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling agentic products in a production environment.
• Experience managing consumer products that cater to tens or hundreds of millions of users.
• Capability to balance investments between established and emerging technologies.
• Skill in setting product vision and roadmap while aligning executive and developer leadership teams.
• Outstanding product taste and an instinct for creating delightful user experiences.
• Ability to make decisive choices amidst incomplete information and take responsibility for those decisions.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in experimentation and data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across large, distributed, cross-functional organizations.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• In-depth, up-to-date expertise in AI and agents transforming consumer software.
• Experience with recommendation systems, personalization, or large-scale ML-driven products.
• Technical background or the ability to work closely with ML engineers and researchers; comfortable with data analysis, codebase exploration, or prototype creation.
• Experience developing evaluation frameworks for AI-driven or personalized products at scale.
• Proven ability to influence large organizations and assist teams in adopting new methodologies.
• Experience as a founder or in startup settings.
• A passion for audio, discovery, and redefining how individuals find content.
