Principal Pre-Sales and Delivery Architect

📋 Description

• Take charge of functional and architectural guidance across multiple simultaneous Oracle projects.

• Coordinate functional, technical, data, and AI-driven workflows.

• Convert customer business objectives into solutions that can be delivered via the Tessera AI platform.

• Establish measurable customer value targets, ensuring they are documented, agreed upon, and monitored.

• Act as a liaison between business objectives and technical design, collaborating with engineers, AI agents, and customer architects.

• Lead the definition of solutions during initial discussions with customers and partners.

• Shape the approach, effort, and risk assessment before project scoping.

• Take ownership of the Oracle solution narrative in proposals and statements of work.

• Contribute field insights and Oracle domain expertise to the development of Tessera products.

• Manage customer platform adoption, measure its success, and address any barriers to adoption.

• Cultivate customer advocates for ongoing platform utilization.

• Determine engagement staffing needs, skill requirements, sequencing, and project duration.

• Identify instances of over- or under-staffing and assist in planning for the Center of Excellence's capacity.

• Report directly to the VP of the Center of Excellence.

• Allocate approximately 70% of your time to engagement delivery and 30% to pre-sales, go-to-market strategies, and product development input.

• Collaborate with customers and distributed teams during U.S. business hours, with occasional travel to customer and partner sites as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise transformation with a foundation in Oracle.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and E-Business Suite or JD Edwards.

• Experience across multiple process areas, including Financials and Supply Chain.

• Proven experience in several end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, encompassing new implementations, migrations, and phased coexistence strategies.

• Demonstrated responsibility for solutioning through Oracle enterprise software and service sales cycles.

• Established capability to coordinate functional, technical, and data delivery teams across various concurrent projects.

• Senior-level client-facing presence with customer architects, business leaders, and finance stakeholders.

• A track record of promoting customer adoption beyond the go-live phase.

• Strong knowledge of technical architecture, including integration patterns and data architecture.

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Visual Builder, PaaS extensions, FBDI, and HDL.

• Understanding of the Oracle AI roadmap for Fusion Cloud Applications and embedded AI agents.

• Ability to evaluate engagement staffing using evidence and data.

• Capacity to learn and become proficient in the Tessera platform.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in business English.

• Strong presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.

• Experience leading distributed onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or German is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
