• Define the architecture for intricate, high-impact systems

• Lead engineering initiatives that are critical to the company

• Address novel challenges related to scalability, reliability, and performance

• Set the technical direction across various engineering teams

• Shape technology strategy and long-term architectural vision

• Mentor engineers at the senior and staff levels

• Foster technical alignment between Product and Engineering teams

• Transform emerging technical challenges into robust platform capabilities

• Engage with complex systems, large-scale integrations, and real-world technical issues

• Approach challenging backend problems utilizing modern technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in engineering

• Outstanding skills in system design and architecture

• Profound knowledge in distributed systems or infrastructure

• Proven history of resolving complex technical challenges at scale

• Strong technical leadership and communication abilities

• Capability to influence senior stakeholders throughout the organization

• Fluent in English is mandatory

• Must provide U.S. work authorization status; employer sponsorship may be necessary

• Experience in AI/ML infrastructure is a plus

• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture is a plus

• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed computing is a plus

• Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up is a plus
