This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Assist in the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of intricate workplace investigations.
β’ Evaluate background information and aid in formulating investigation strategies.
β’ Create interview questions and compile evidence.
β’ Summarize findings and provide guidance on documentation standards.
β’ Design and lead effective workplace investigation training for HR personnel.
β’ Review and enhance the Global HR Manual template for clarity, consistency, completeness, and usability across various country offices.
β’ Support urgent HR projects, including HR guidance, policy and process formulation, briefing materials, templates, tools, and employee relations documentation.
β’ Provide regular updates to HR leadership regarding progress, risks, dependencies, and suggested next steps.
β’ Collaborate under designated HR leadership and escalate issues as needed.
β’ Proven experience in delivering international HR support within an INGO, nonprofit, or similar global operational setting.
β’ Minimum of 10 years of senior-level HR experience.
β’ Experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
β’ Expertise in conducting workplace investigations.
β’ Familiarity with policy development and HR advisory roles.
β’ Strong judgment and commitment to confidentiality.
β’ Ability to meet established deadlines and communicate proactively.
