This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Lead financial analytics prior to deals by developing right-to-win screens and unit economics models at both the brand and SKU levels.
• Assess ramps and break-even points while highlighting operational constraints and service level agreement (SLA) risks.
• Drive decisions on assortment expansion by pinpointing SKUs with the highest return on investment (ROI).
• Model sell-through rates, cost-to-serve, and variable retail profit across different fulfillment paths and phased launch scenarios.
• Take ownership and scale the quote engine.
• Design auditable cost-to-serve models that convert brand scope into standardized, automated quotes utilizing SQL and Power BI.
• Generate outputs that are ready for customer relationship management (CRM) with clear approval guidelines.
• Analyze quoted economics against actuals post-launch to identify the reasons for variance.
• Enhance deal models, playbooks, and exception policies.
• Provide visibility into pipeline and capacity.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Outbound teams to identify risks and facilitate execution.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketplace Fulfillment Finance.
• Shape strategy, influence investments, drive profitable growth, and support executive decision-making.
• Manage complex analyses, forecasting, and financial models for rapidly changing initiatives.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), strategy, or operations analytics within eCommerce, marketplace, or fulfillment-related environments.
• Proven track record of impacting business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong capabilities in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX expertise.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
• Practical experience in developing quoting frameworks, cost-to-serve engines, and operational guidelines.
• Outstanding communication and business partnership skills.
• Ability to convert complex analyses into clear narratives and foster alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Capacity to perform under tight deadlines.
