Principal, Executive Recruiting – TA Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic projects within Talent Acquisition (TA), including project management, development of work plans, coordination with stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring accountability for delivery.

• Take ownership of the TA project register, ensuring that initiatives are well-defined, adequately resourced, and reported consistently.

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process for senior and executive roles at the Director level and above across various functions and regions when required.

• Manage the experience of senior candidates from the initial conversation through to the offer stage and onboarding process.

• Establish and maintain direct relationships with senior hiring leaders.

• Oversee search firms and executive search vendors, including the creation of briefs, relationship management, and ensuring the quality of shortlisted candidates.

• Coordinate intricate, cross-functional TA initiatives across various workstreams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR partners, and business stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of executive talent market intelligence, including movements within competitor organizations and the status of leadership pipelines.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, evaluating, and placing senior leaders.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire executive search lifecycle.

• Capability to operate at the highest levels with discretion and manage sensitive information appropriately.

• Consultative mindset for comprehending the business needs of executives.

• Proficiency in prioritizing and reprioritizing tasks under pressure.

• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders.
