This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish and implement global design operating frameworks, decision-making models, and guiding principles.
β’ Act as the internal expert on global packaging program management.
β’ Contribute to the development of processes, onboarding standards, and DPM craft enhancement.
β’ Create global prioritization frameworks that consider urgency, regulatory deadlines, creative capacity, and business impact.
β’ Develop dashboards, briefing formats, and escalation pathways for leadership tradeoff decisions.
β’ Influence roadmap and planning choices across design, supply chain, and marketing teams.
β’ Architect and oversee end-to-end packaging and print graphics programs in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
β’ Maintain regional connections with design, marketing, supply chain, and legal departments.
β’ Acquire working knowledge of healthcare packaging compliance standards and integrate compliance checkpoints.
β’ Convert regulatory requirements into creative briefs and review criteria.
β’ Collaborate with designers from the briefing stage to the final production file.
β’ Utilize expertise in print graphics, structural packaging, industrial design/CMF, color management, dielines, press-ready specifications, and vendor pre-press workflows.
β’ Create capacity dashboards and conduct resourcing reviews to proactively manage creative bandwidth.
β’ 8-10+ years of experience in design program management or creative operations.
β’ Significant experience in healthcare, consumer goods, or a regulated packaging environment.
β’ Proven success in developing processes from the ground up.
β’ Extensive packaging program expertise, from initiation to press check.
β’ Demonstrated ability to influence organization-wide initiatives beyond individual programs.
β’ Experience in creating prioritization frameworks that are embraced by stakeholders.
β’ Cross-disciplinary knowledge in industrial design, structural packaging, and CMF.
β’ Proficient in Asana, Airtable, Google Suite, and Dropbox.
β’ Comfortable reviewing work in Figma.
β’ Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions for any employer.
