This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare contracts in a clear and concise manner to address customer contractual matters with minimal supervision.
• Negotiate complex contracts with customers and partners effectively and efficiently.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the technology services provided and how contract clauses relate to those services.
• Identify, report, and escalate business issues to the relevant line of business.
• Conduct thorough investigations and provide timely written responses to termination requests and breach claims.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with other Contract Specialists and internal resources on specific contractual concerns.
• Make independent decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Offer recommendations for potential resolutions of contract disputes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in alignment with company values and the Code of Business Ethics.
• Adhere to company regulations, policies, working practices, data privacy standards, and annual compliance requirements.
• Safeguard data protection and manage company information in accordance with agreements and procedures.
• Prevent unauthorized access or damage to information; report any security vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in complex contract negotiation.
• Preferably experience within the information technology services sector.
• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred; paralegal certification or equivalent experience considered.
• Strong skills in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Prior experience in customer service with direct interaction and support for sales and channel is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive self-starter with robust leadership capabilities.

• Strong business acumen.

• Detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Salesforce.
