This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the senior functional authority on Workday assessments, optimization initiatives, advisory projects, and specific post-production assignments.
• Remain closely engaged with analysis, recommendations, and solution determinations.
• Collaborate with project and engagement leaders to oversee scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify Workday-specific challenges and assist the team in addressing them.
• Provide guidance to client leaders regarding finance, procurement, and supply chain priorities.
• Clarify Workday options and trade-offs to both business and technology stakeholders.
• Recognize implications across business process configuration, integrations, data management, reporting, security, and platform capabilities.
• Aid in presales activities by outlining delivery strategies, scoping specifics, assumptions, dependencies, and workload estimates.
• Assist organizations in enhancing Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain Management post-go-live.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise application or ERP consulting.
• Significant responsibility in Workday consulting.
• Proven track record of success in senior client-facing positions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday applications and business processes related to Financial Management and Supply Chain Management.
• In-depth expertise in at least one Workday area.
• Capability to translate business requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Practical experience in leading Workday assessments, optimization initiatives, post-production support, targeted projects, or similar engagements.
• Technical proficiency related to business process configuration, integrations, data, reporting, security, and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on integration development is not mandatory.
• Experience in defining project methodologies, scoping specifics, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and workload estimates.
• Executive presence and sound decision-making skills.
• Referenceable outcomes from Workday clients, ideally within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
• Willingness to travel as required by client needs.
• Established support: Collaborate with seasoned sales, operations, and delivery teams affiliated with a 25-year ERP consulting legacy.
• Influence without leaving delivery: Contribute to shaping Workday services and quality standards while continuing to lead complex client engagements.
