• Articulate the value of the broader Insights portfolio.

• Support the development and confidence of practitioners, along with product adoption.

• Document and qualify opportunities for future customer growth.

• Collaborate with sales colleagues, providing delivery feedback and debriefing sessions.

• Enhance learning materials and facilitation methods.

• Share insights and best practices in facilitation.

• Gather customer and practitioner feedback, along with learning observations.

• Identify enhancements for future delivery and customer experience.

• Collaborate across the organization to improve learning experiences and customer outcomes.

• Contribute to communities of practice and shared learning.

• Extensive experience with Insights Discovery.

• Must possess and maintain an active Insights Discovery certification.
