Principal Consultant – Implementation Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a team to enhance clients’ finance and budget office business processes.

• Implement and support top-tier tools from CaseWare, Workiva, IGM, Blackline, and BalancingAct.

• Design and deliver both standard and tailored training programs.

• Offer a variety of ongoing consulting services.

• Address complex client challenges within established frameworks and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA certification required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in public sector or corporate finance.

• Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies.

• At least 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Workiva Wdesk & Wdata; CaseWare Working Papers, Financials & Connector; project management.

• Ability to resolve complex challenges within a defined framework and timeline.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Clear, concise, and professional communication abilities.

• Proficient in the entire MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for quality and creativity.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Awareness of sensitive and confidential matters.

• Experience with one or more of the following: CaseWare Idea, Trintech, BlackLine Continuous Accounting, Balancing Act budget simulations platform, Questica Budget, SAP Concur Invoice Solutions.

• Programming experience is a plus.
