Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for Sage Intacct accounting solutions and related projects.

• Deliver implementation services and ensure that objectives are achieved in accordance with project management plans.

• Utilize commercial awareness in decision-making, actions, and communications.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on the application and supply follow-up documentation.

• Oversee activities related to application building, testing, and deployment.

• Identify opportunities for additional services and products within and outside the scope of the project.

• Advise and support users throughout the entire process, from system selection to go-live, and provide post-implementation support and beyond.

• Report directly to the Director of Finance.

• Execute recurring Sage Intacct implementations following acquisitions of new software companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Sage Intacct, including performing implementations and/or end-user support.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Quick learning aptitude with the capability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

• Accounting background with a strong understanding of financial software.

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with native cloud accounting/ERP products, such as Sage Intacct and NetSuite, as well as familiarity with industry trends.

• Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting, Business, and/or Information Systems.
