Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee post-sale customer education and training programs.

• Serve as the clinical and technical authority for the ZOLL hospital product range.

• Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager throughout the sales cycle.

• Develop and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships to promote ongoing use of ZOLL hospital products and achieve desired clinical results.

• Function as a project manager in the planning, development, and execution of educational and training events at customer locations.

• Support and/or initiate in-servicing events for both existing and new accounts.

• Relay leads and account updates to the outside Territory Manager.

• Contribute to the creation of additional materials that support sales and training efforts.

• Organize and facilitate educational events in both existing and new accounts.

• Discuss the resuscitation chain as a clinical and technical product expert for the complete line of ZOLL Hospital products.

• Advocate for the enhancement of patient outcomes within an inpatient hospital environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN, Paramedic, or RT with a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) is preferred.

• AHA Instructor certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS is preferred.

• Experience in clinical education is preferred.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is highly beneficial.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%, primarily within the UK and occasionally in Europe.
