This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Perform regular compliance audits of dealer websites to ensure adherence to OEM-specific brand standards.
• Ensure quality assurance of dealer websites to confirm they align with OEM program requirements prior to launch.
• Actively and consistently submit Motive’s active websites for OEM compliance evaluations.
• Identify, document, and address compliance violations, prioritizing issues that may jeopardize dealer co-op funds or OEM certification.
• Collaborate with Implementations, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to swiftly resolve identified issues and prevent future occurrences.
• Monitor updates to OEM policies and programs, translating them into internal checklists, playbooks, and configuration standards.
• Keep accurate and current records of audit findings, remediation statuses, and compliance history at the account level.
• Act as the primary internal contact for OEM compliance inquiries from Implementation, Customer Success, and dealer-facing teams.
• 1-3 years of experience in OEM co-op compliance, dealer website management, or a similar quality assurance position.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency when overseeing a high volume of recurring audits.
• Proficiency with website CMS platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Capable of managing competing priorities and timelines across multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Motive covers 100% of the cost of employees' health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
