This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee software implementation projects for both new and existing clients
• Organize project kickoff meetings and set implementation timelines and milestones
• Collect and document customer business processes, workflows, and operational needs
• Adjust software settings, forms, workflows, permissions, and client-specific functionalities
• Manage and carry out data migration tasks from legacy systems
• Provide virtual and onsite software training for administrators, management teams, and end users
• Create implementation plans and track progress against project deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation and go-live phases
• Offer onsite assistance during major rollouts and go-live events
• Resolve implementation-related challenges and collaborate with internal teams for solutions
• Record customer requirements, enhancement requests, and feedback on the product
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to relay customer needs and operational issues
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer adoption and use of software features
• Keep accurate documentation of implementations and project records
• Assist in customer stabilization efforts post-deployment
• Provide guidance and best practices concerning EMS and fire service reporting workflows
• Represent Digitech in a professional manner at customer locations and industry events
• Execute additional related responsibilities as assigned
• High School Diploma is required
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Experience in EMS, Fire Service, or public safety operations is required
• A minimum of 5 years in EMS, fire service, healthcare technology, public safety technology, or software implementation is needed
• Proven experience in training adult learners and presenting to customer groups
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows within EMS or fire organizations
• Capability to manage multiple implementation projects at the same time
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Preferred experience with SaaS, healthcare, or public sector software solutions
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Willingness to travel approximately 60-75% of the time
• Ability to independently handle all job-related aspects, including required goals and business practices, in a remote setting
• Capability to talk, hear, and see clearly in order to read and interpret information
• Regular use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment
• Ability to protect confidential information
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling that may include after-hours and/or weekends as necessary
