This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the comprehensive implementation of strategic technology solutions, vendor services, and enterprise initiatives.
• Design and oversee implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams and facilitate governance meetings related to implementation.
• Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Oversee the onboarding and integration of new vendors that support Medicare Advantage operations.
• Manage the implementation of contracts, ensuring operational readiness, testing, and deployment are executed smoothly.
• Supervise vendor performance throughout the implementation and stabilization phases.
• Identify and escalate implementation issues, risks, and barriers to delivery, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to define and implement technical integration requirements.
• Direct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and preparation for production readiness.
• Validate and document integration between upstream and downstream systems.
• Create operational readiness plans, business processes, workflows, training materials, and communication strategies.
• Revise policies, procedures, and job aids; conduct assessments of readiness and reviews before going live.
• Aid in the stabilization and transition of solutions into ongoing operations.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare Advantage regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work in partnership with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information Security teams.
• Verify controls, documentation, and operational processes prior to launch.
• Support audit readiness and maintain implementation documentation.
• Monitor implementation metrics, post-launch results, and benefits realization.
• Enhance implementation methodologies and governance processes; capture lessons learned and establish best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project and program management.
• Experience in vendor relationship management and driving organizational change initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
